    • Join Solvo Global as a Lead Generation Specialist and become the driving force behind our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data, strategy, and discovering high-value opportunities. You’ll act as a market researcher, identifying ideal prospects and uncovering signals that turn into real business wins.

    What You’ll Do

    • Analyze Markets: Identify high-potential companies aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
    • Strategic Prospecting: Find and verify decision-makers using hiring trends and growth signals.
    • Build Strong Pipelines: Deliver accurate, high-intent leads to support SDR success.
    • Enrich Data: Use tools to source verified contact details and improve outreach performance.
    • Optimize Tools: Become a go-to expert in our sales tech stack and support team efficiency.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience: 1+ year in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
    • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret market signals and identify warm opportunities.
    • ICP Expertise: Skilled in segmentation and targeting high-quality accounts.
    • Tool Proficiency: Experience with Apollo.io, Lusha, or similar platforms.
    • Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work closely with SDRs.
    • Adaptability: Fast learner, comfortable with evolving tools and strategies.
