Maintenance Engineer at Viscar Industrial Capacity

Job description

The job holder will be in charge of the machinery maintenance, hands-on engineering, installation, commissioning, technical troubleshooting, and problem solving engineering and sourcing spare parts.

Responsibilities

• Machinery maintenance: – power and lightning systems, automation system, chillers, coolers, water storage systems, fire alarms systems and
• Sourcing of spare parts and sourcing services from different suppliers and distributers.
• Prepare requirements and ensure availability of maintenance work spares, materials.
• Carrying out quality inspections on maintenance
• Ensuring equipment’s are properly maintained to meet production schedules and quality
• Stay up to date with maintenance techniques and
• Implementation of Kaizen Principles and 5cs
• Ensuring compliance with corporate and plat safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory
• Analysing maintenance problems and implementing corrective action

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical and Plant
• Diploma/Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 2-4 Years’ experience on manufacturing environment with knowledge in hydraulic electric
• Effective technical skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
