ROLE
The Manager, People & Culture provides comprehensive Human Resources services to managers and employees across a globally distributed workforce. People are our most important asset and the guidance this role provides is integral to supporting Luminate’s commitment to be an inclusive, productive workplace where our team works to realise their potential in service of our mission and strategic objectives.
This role reports to Luminate’s Senior Manager, People & Culture. Successful candidates must be located in and have the right to work in either London, Nairobi, São Paulo or Washington, DC. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
OPPORTUNITY
The Manager, People & Culture will contribute to creating a strong employee brand ensuring that our team have a positive employee experience. This role will actively focus on employee recruitment, onboarding and the longer term employee development strategy, process, and experience. The Manager, People & Culture will partner with managers to determine expectations and needs while engaging with the broader Luminate team on ways to attract, support, and retain talent.
Partnering with a wide range of teams, the Manager, People & Culture will make a global impact across the organisation through the relationships they build both internally and externally. The Manager must have experience matching candidates to roles and supporting the employee’s development journey throughout their tenure. This role works with the Senior Manager, People & Culture to innovate on traditional recruiting methods and to bring a high level of creativity to our development and training programs.
TEAM
The Manager, People & Culture is a key member of the People & Culture team and will work closely with the Global Support team who manage the organisation’s global operations and administrative activities.
