Job Description

KEY MEASURABLE GOALS

• Growth of Deposits both Cheap and Term deposit in line with the Bank Strategy
• Growth of the Loan book through quality disbursements.
• Growth of all Bancassurance products through all the Bank distribution
• Support in managing Sale Team productivity and performance monitoring in line with the company objective
• Sales Consultant numbers optimization and contracting
• Coordinating training for Sales Consultant
• Managing the Graduation process and monthly award
• Managing the review of the Rem model of the Sales Team
• Handling administrative issue for the Sales Teams
• Support Retail credit processes for TAT assurance for enhanced Customer experience
• Communicating and reinforcing the AML-CTF compliance culture established by the board
• Implementing and enforcing the board-approved AML, KYC & CFT policy within the Department, Unit or Branch.
