Marketing Assistant (Products & Market Research) at Springboard Capital Limited

JOB SUMMARY

Springboard Capital Ltd is seeking to hire a Marketing Assistant (Products & Market Research) reporting to the Marketing Officer. The job holder will have responsibility for general marketing activities including products development, management, dissemination, analysis and dissemination to stakeholders. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Proactively conduct product surveys to gather customer and market feedback
• Develop new product ideas and proposals for review and implementation 
• Development and review of customer listening and feedback mechanisms for assessment of new product development and product enhancement needs 
• Presentation of product information to internal and external stakeholders based on analyzed data
• Report on product performance and give advice for business improvement.
• Continuous training of staff and other stakeholders on company products.
• Drive the review of market trends and analyze competitor and customer behavior and implement findings
• Development of product ads and campaigns for internal and external customer consumption 
• Attend conferences, workshops, meetings and events to promote and articulate issues relevant to the company
• Implementing and supporting marketing events and customer activity campaigns and initiatives 
• Participate in the creation, development and publishing of company communication on both online and traditional media channels.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
• Diploma in sales and Marketing-Preferred
• At least 1 year marketing and customer management experience in the financial industry 
• Proficiency in ICT with strong MS Office and internet ability.
