Springboard Capital Ltd is seeking to hire a Marketing Assistant Reporting to Marketing Manager. The job holder will be responsible for content, quality, design and style of the Springboard’s website, intranet and social media platforms, to ensure adequate online representation of the organization and assure adequate communication and interaction with clients and stakeholders. This position will be based at our CPA Branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Assisting in developing, designing and maintaining the organization’s Internet website, intranet website and social media sites.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing web traffic statistics for periodic reporting and review of content effectiveness.
• Preparing posting and awareness creation plan for the Springboard WhatsApp Broadcast community and post/engage with the registered members.
• Regularly update the websites and social media channels- channels.
• Track website traffic and analyze page hits.
• Making calls and following-up on customer enquiries and leads generated below 100k
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience.
• Develop and Implement a daily posting plan for the Business WhatsApp Status
• Advise on emerging technologies and adoption into the organization.
• Undertake training of staff on use of the social platforms.
• Provide support in roll out of new applications.
• Any other duty – as may be assigned from time to time.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Related course (Marketing Major) from a recognized institution.
• Certification in digital marketing or content writing will be an added advantage
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Professional qualification in marketing will be an added advantage

Springboard Capital Ltd is seeking to hire a Customer Experience Executive Reporting to the Customer Experience Coordinator. The job holder will handle all aspects of customer service including customer communication, enquiry handling, customer relations, complaints handling and ensure high quality services to customers in accordance with the best practices of the industry. This position will be based at our CPA Branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Journey Comfort- Ensure all the customers are served as per the company standards 
• Customer Contact & Communication- Ensuring that all phone call and email enquiries are responded to in a timely manner
• Monitoring Customer Complaint Resolution- Proactively ensure that all customers’ complaints and enquiries are recorded and responded to promptly and satisfactorily. 
• Customer/Business Survey- Proactively conduct voice of the customer surveys to gather customer feedback
• General Company Co-ordination- Attend other Departmental meetings and share pain points for resolution
• Business Support- Follow up leads received at CX and those mined in daily customer interaction
• CX Reporting- Generate and maintain customer service reports using the company system  
• Company/Customer Events- Assist in coordinating customer service events including customer day.
• Personal Growth-Continuous professional development to keep up with current industry trends in the industry.
• Any other duties- as may be assigned.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified trainings in customer service

The job holder will have responsibility for general marketing activities including products development, management, dissemination, analysis and dissemination to stakeholders. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Proactively conduct product surveys to gather customer and market feedback
• Develop new product ideas and proposals for review and implementation 
• Development and review of customer listening and feedback mechanisms for assessment of new product development and product enhancement needs 
• Presentation of product information to internal and external stakeholders based on analyzed data
• Report on product performance and give advice for business improvement.
• Continuous training of staff and other stakeholders on company products.
• Drive the review of market trends and analyze competitor and customer behavior and implement findings
• Development of product ads and campaigns for internal and external customer consumption 
• Attend conferences, workshops, meetings and events to promote and articulate issues relevant to the company
• Implementing and supporting marketing events and customer activity campaigns and initiatives 
• Participate in the creation, development and publishing of company communication on both online and traditional media channels.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
• Diploma in sales and Marketing-Preferred
• At least 1 year marketing and customer management experience in the financial industry 
• Proficiency in ICT with strong MS Office and internet ability.
