Marketing Officer at Biblia Sacco Society Ltd

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and implement the marketing strategy, policy and procedures for the society in line with its objectives
2. Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
3. Managing assigned marketing activities for the Society
4. Overseeing the Society’s marketing budget
5. Creation and publication of marketing materials in line with the marketing plan
6. Planning and implementation of promotional campaigns
7. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
8. Responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
9. Preparing social media and print marketing campaigns
10. Generate relevant reports to inform decision making
11. Creation a wide range of different marketing communication in liaison with the Communications Officer.
12. Work closely with the senior management and assisting with the new product launches
13. Maintain effective internal communication to ensure that all the relevant society functions are kept informed of the marketing objectives
14. Sourcing and a analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for the society marketing
15. Conducts market intelligence and utilises the information to tap into new markets

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Related Field (Marketing specialization is preferred) or its equivalent
2. Professional Membership to Marketing Society of Kenya and a professional qualification in CIM is an added advantage
3. Minimum 5 years’ experience at least two in a supervisory position.
