Job Description

To act as the subject matter expert on the entire range of Insurance Product types and provide a professional level of service across the Insurance multidisciplinary through various communication channels to SB customers, SBIB Provincial Offices, SBSA Branches, Underwriters & Brokers. To provide specialist advice and knowledge on all 6 Insurance Products to customers and other stakeholders in order to deliver exceptional customer service, maximise profits and enhance the reputation of the Bank.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Type of Qualification: Degree
• Field of Study: Commerce, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Law, Marketing. Must also posses professional qualifications in insurance

Experience Required
Insurance Legacy & Enablement

• Insurance
• 5-7 years
• The role requires an individual with minimum of 8 years insurance industry experience. Minimum of 6 years contact centre/telephone experience would be required as a minimum. Insurance product knowledge and proficiencey of all 6 Insurance Products for an Insurance Consultant Level 3.
