    • Coordinate day-to-day Secretariat operations and member experience for a Kenya-based climate and governance platform during a formative set-up period, helping translate early momentum into a repeatable operating model for growth.
    • Support Glue Up CRM implementation, member registration, onboarding workflows, member records, membership categories, event-registration workflows, renewal reminders, engagement tracking, and reporting extracts that strengthen the platform's member experience.
    • Serve as the focal point for member communications, engaging board directors, founders, executives, corporate members, and individual members with a polished service orientation.
    • Coordinate Steering Committee administration and operating rhythm, including scheduling, minutes, action tracking, follow-ups, and documentation that keeps strategic priorities moving.
    • Coordinate high-level member events and communications, including logistics, vendor coordination, briefing materials, invitations, newsletters, and social media or website updates.
    • Coordinate governance, compliance, donor, financial, and operational administration with relevant technical leads, including compliance calendars, statutory and tax filing coordination, board-paper preparation, donor documentation, impact narratives, and proposal or pitch-material inputs.

    Experience Required

    • At least four years of experience in Secretariat coordination, operations, executive support, high-touch member services, programme administration, or comparable roles.
    • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, maintaining operating rhythms, following up across stakeholders, and keeping records and action trackers up to date.
    • Experience supporting membership registration, onboarding, engagement, CRM or member-platform workflows, membership categories, event-registration processes, renewal reminders, or comparable stakeholder-management systems.
    • Experience supporting boards, committees, or senior stakeholder forums, including scheduling, meeting preparation, minutes, action tracking, and follow-through.
    • Experience supporting governance, compliance, donor reporting, or resource-mobilization processes, including compliance calendars, board documents, financial documentation, impact narratives, proposal inputs, or pitch materials.
    • Experience coordinating events and communications for senior audiences, including invitations, newsletters, briefing materials, vendor coordination, social media, or website updates.
    • Exposure to donor-funded, nonprofit, association, governance-platform, financial-services, professional-services, or premium member-service environments is advantageous.

    Technical Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Public Policy, Sustainability, or a related field.
    • Strong coordination and operating discipline, including the ability to translate priorities into practical workplans, manage action trackers, and maintain clean records.
    • Ability to support CRM or member-management implementation, maintain member data, manage onboarding workflows, membership categories, event-registration workflows, renewal reminders, and practical engagement and reporting extracts. Glue Up experience is beneficial but not required.
    • Strong writing ability across executive correspondence, member invitations, newsletters, briefing materials, meeting records, social media, website copy, and partner-facing documentation.
    • Ability to coordinate event logistics, vendor processes, meeting preparation, and stakeholder communications for senior audiences.
    • Working ability to coordinate budgets, vendor invoices, expense claims, donor documentation, compliance inputs, statutory and tax filing processes, board papers, impact narratives, and proposal or pitch-material inputs using templates and support from technical leads.

    Soft Skills

    • Professional polish, confidence, and sound judgment when engaging board directors, founders, executives, senior corporate members, donors, and Steering Committee members.
    • Strong demeanor, emotional maturity, and resilience when working with demanding, high-achieving stakeholders.
    • Excellent organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities with limited hand-holding.
