Operations Assistant at Janta Kenya

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining all documentation for HR department according to ISO standards.
• Overseeing employment law compliance and compliance to regulatory concerns.
• Maintaining a CV database.
• Induction of new recruits.
• Training staff on company rules and regulations.
• Sourcing suppliers of consumables and raw materials.
• Assisting the Quality Control Manager with maintaining ISO documentation.
• Preparing compliance documents
• Any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1years work experience a plus
• Good interpersonal communication skills, relationship building and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work constructively in a team
• Ability to interact clearly and effectively with team members
• Ability to work under pressure
