Operations Manager at Human Capital Outsourcing Limited

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing and production operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and plans.
• Monitor production schedules and output targets.
• Optimize production efficiency and resource utilization.
• Ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Manage inventory, warehousing, and material flow.
• Control production costs and operational budgets.
• Lead production, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate procurement and production planning activities.
• Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards.
• Analyze production data and recommend improvements.
• Drive productivity, quality, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Develop and mentor departmental supervisors and staff.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven years' experience in manufacturing operations.
• At least three years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing production teams and factory operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement principles.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
• MBA or relevant professional qualification is an added advantage.
