Pastry Intern at Stellar Human Resource Solutions

We are looking for a pastry intern who is passionate about pastry and will be trained and groomed in pastry and will be responsible for helping in the day-to-day running of the bakery and posting products on respective social media pages.

Responsibilities

• Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.
• Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe.
• Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure a beautiful and tasteful presentation.
• Creating social media posts and updates.
• Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.

Qualifications

• Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant field.
• Creative ability with artistic skill in decorating cakes and other desserts.
• Willingness to replenish professional knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly organized, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in the English language – Written and verbal
• Proficient in all social media channels.
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and passionate about their work, and able to plan their work with little guidance.
