    People & Culture Executive (Human Resource Executive)

     Description

    The role will require developing learning programs, reinforcing team SOPs, driving team engagement, and supporting performance alignment — particularly within a Gen Z creative team working primarily remotely.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Talent Development & Learning

    • Manage our internal e-learning platform: curate & upload training content.
    • Develop personalized training plans and oversee course completion metrics.
    • Recommend and budget for external course purchases aligned with role gaps.

    Culture & Engagement

    • Champion and evolve the agency’s core values into everyday practice.
    • Plan and coordinate monthly team-building activities and learning days.
    • Run feedback loops (pulse surveys, check-ins) to boost employee morale.

    Performance & Process Alignment

    • Reinforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.
    • Work with department heads to monitor team KPI performance.
    • Support leadership in dealing with underperformance and exits respectfully.

    Collaboration & Communication

    • Act as the bridge between team members and management.
    • Drive better cross-team communication and project follow-through.
    • Document HR processes and support conflict resolution.

    Skills & Experience

    • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in HR, team development, or people leadership.
    • Familiarity with remote team tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, E-Learning Platforms, Google Suite).
    • Strong communicator, emotionally intelligent, and highly organized.
    • Naturally extroverted, enthusiastic about culture, and passionate about people.
    • Experience working with Gen Z or creative teams is a big plus.
