Performance Marketing Lead

Role Summary:
- Owns paid acquisition and traffic growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Run paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Tik Tok)
- Optimize funnels for acquisition
- Manage ad creatives with content team
- Allocate and optimize budgets
KPIs:
- Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
- ROAS
- Traffic volume
- New customers acquired Click-through rate (CTR)
