    Performance Marketing Manager - Social Ads

    What You Will Be Doing

    We are looking for a highly motivated social media ads manager who will be responsible for the set up, management, optimization & scaling of multiple campaigns across social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok etc.

    As a Social Media Ads Manager, you will:

    • Strategize, create, manage and optimize a number of campaigns on social media platforms for the brand. These may include but not limited to app install campaigns, awareness campaigns, traffic campaigns etc
    • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks, discovering unique opportunities for growth, and making recommendations that will improve overall performance.
    • Split-test creative, targeting, landing pages, persona segments, and general advertising strategies while optimising for scale and efficiency.
    • Create, manage and optimise multiple campaigns running across different geo-locations while balancing local relevance and global brand guidelines
    • Prepare detailed a/b split test log documents to ensure proper tracking of tests and results.
    • Prepare performance reports on a regular basis.
    • Analyze performance data and provide intelligent interpretation and appropriate action plans based on data and creative driven conclusions
    • Conduct ongoing analysis of industry or changing trends
    • Other relevant and related tasks as requested by reporting manager

    What You Should Have

    • You have strong familiarity and deep experience managing paid social media campaigns
    • Experience with all aspects of Social media ads management, from ad concept development, to building campaigns to optimizing and improving ads, to data analysis and reporting
    • Great written communication skills, with experience writing effective and engaging ad copy
    • Results and data-driven: technical and analytics skills necessary to monitor and identify campaign performance trends in data and generate reports, both verbally and in writing
    • Curious and innovative: you are constantly keeping up with the latest trends and looking for ways to improve the user experience
    • Focus on product analytics and excellent reporting skills
    • Ability to derive and communicate key insights across the user journey from users acquired via Social media ads
    • Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize time and workload efficiently
    • Collaborative Team Spirit: you enjoy working collaboratively across teams to turn ideas into action!
    • Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in Google Ads (Search and Display) is a plus
    • A passion for online marketing and branding
