Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pizzaiolo located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Pizzaiolo will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to Mambo Italia's standards. Daily tasks will include dough preparation, topping assembly, and ensuring pizzas are cooked perfectly. The Pizzaiolo will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, managing inventory, and ensuring all health and safety standards are met. Additionally, the role involves interacting with customers and addressing their needs in a friendly and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Customer Service and Food & Beverage experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a pizza restaurant or similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
