Administer and maintain Power Platform environments, including Development, Test, and Production.
Implement and carry out governance policies such as data loss prevention (DLP), data protection, platform configurations, naming conventions, and lifecycle management, in collaboration with other IT Teams.
Supervise and advise platform usage, licensing, performance, and capacity across apps, flows, and pages.
Support makers and business users by solving issues and promoting standard processes.
Collaborate with Power Platform communities and users.
Handle permissions, roles, and access controls within assigned environments.
Promote successful apps and flows for reuse and scaling across departments.
Ensure security and compliance across connectors, data sources, and external-facing Power Pages.
Perform environmental audits and clean up unused items.
Create and maintain platform documentation.
Work Experience:
3–6 years of experience administering Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and Dataverse.
Experience implementing governance frameworks and CoE models.
Certifications such as:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
Superb communication and teamwork skills.
Experience supporting citizen developers and encouraging a culture of innovation.
