Presales Executive at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

 A bilingual commercial role supporting sales teams by drafting bids, preparing technical proposals, conducting live product demos, and managing Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements for enterprise, government, healthcare clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify tender opportunities and prepare RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs in French and English per regional compliance standards.
• Draft technical/commercial proposals, cost estimates, and scopes of work for target markets.
• Conduct live solution demonstrations and manage PoC projects from scoping to execution.
• Prepare commercial quotations in coordination with regional sales teams and maintain CRM records.
• Track bid calendars, submission deadlines, and present pipeline reports to management. banking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• 2+ years of presales, bid management, or commercial coordination experience in ICT/tech.
• Fluent in French (C1+) with strong working proficiency in English.
• Hands-on experience writing RFPs/tenders and using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Familiarity with regional procurement frameworks (e.g., World Bank, donor tenders) is a plus.
