Programme Support Staff - 4 Positions at Kakamega County

Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Ensuring cleanliness of the working environment;
• Preparation of tea;
• Delivering mails;
• Opening and closing of office doors at the end of working hours;
• Proper arrangement of offices;
• Ensuring cleanliness of office linen;
• Carrying out messengerial duties;
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements for Appointment: -

• Have Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E.) minimum mean grade of D (Minus);
• Have good communication skills.
• Customer service skills
• Ability to organise time and workload

NOTE:

• Occupation Trade Test III for drivers conducted by the Ministry of Roads and Public works, and a valid driving licence free from any infractions for motorcycle riders will be an added advantage.

Monthly consolidated Stipend: Ksh. 16,000 p.m.
