    Project Sales Supervisor

    Salary range:Ksh50k-65k

    Age bracket:25-35 yrs


    A leading manufacturer of building and construction products e.g. Ceramics,House fittings & Accessories they are seeking Project Sales Supervisor (Building and Construction) to source new clients by visiting construction companies and projects and expand market share


    • Previous working knowledge in project sales selling Construction materials preferably tiles,real estate  or engaging with architects, contractors, project managers, designers, QS etc.
    •    Real estate background. Have resources in real estate or tile field or related organization.
    • University degree in sales and marketing or in any related discipline
    • Proven track record of good performance in sales demonstrated by achieved targets, awards, and commendations etc., confirmed by immediate direct report


    • Participate in efforts build on an initial awareness campaign to deepen a consumer’s connection to the company’s product
    • Take a lead in generating sales lead and follow-through in converting the leads in sales.
    • •Generate and share constructive ideas with management that may lead to improvement in the sales and marketing department.
    • Attending meetings whenever called upon and giving feedback to the management.
    • Developing relationships with consultants/contractors/suppliers and evaluate their performance.
    • Interacts with architects, engineers, and outside general contractors.
    • Working directly with other Senior Management Team members to provide leadership, strategic direction, and prioritize initiatives focused on client services, value delivery, efficiency/cost control, project planning, and resource management.
    • Identify, evaluate and implement new lucrative business propositions.
    • Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of New Client Acquisition, number of projects and value and build a robust pipeline of Business Leads
    • Be part of the Project Team at pitching stage and endeavor to bring the interaction to a positive closure
    • Ensure that client requirements are captured, understood, agreed and delivered in a manner which creates positive client perception by engaging in constant expectation setting with client organization at all levels required.
    • Ensure that the client is involved and engaged throughout the designing and execution process thereby ensuring that they are getting what they desired.
    • Provide a weekly projects pipelines update to Project Sales Manager.
    • Support Project Sales Manager for any reasonable tasks assigned.
