Real Estate Marketing Director

About: Aminika Manpower seeks a driven marketing leader to develop & execute strategies that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for our real estate portfolio. Budget: 200k

Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research & competitive analysis.
- Manage marketing budget & brand guidelines.
- Generate leads & support sales initiatives.
- Create engaging marketing content.
- Oversee marketing events & campaigns.
- Lead & mentor marketing team .
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns within the real estate sector.
- Bachelor's in Marketing or related field.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Strong project management & analytical skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
