Regional Manager – Boda Boda Loans

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience managing a boda boda loan portfolio across multiple branches.
- Strong background in lending specifically to boda boda riders, including client acquisition, loan disbursement, and collections.
- Experience leading branch teams to achieve growth targets while maintaining high portfolio quality and low default rates.
- Established relationships within the boda boda sector,
- including rider groups, SACCOs, and chairpersons.
- Ability to drive business growth, monitor branch performance, and ensure effective loan recovery.
