    RM Sales – Women Banking

Kingdom Bank is looking for an RM Sales to drive profitable Women Banking sales across regions and branches. You will build a disciplined pipeline, coach conversion, deepen priority-client relationships and ensure sustainable portfolio growth, customer value and quality. Branches retain primary customer ownership and execution.

    Responsibilities

    • Sales planning and pipeline governance: Translate the segment plan into regional and branch targets for acquisition, active customers, deposits, quality lending, fee income and product holding. Maintain a stage-based sales pipeline and run weekly funnel reviews. Coordinate campaigns, calling plans and activations with Partnerships, Product, Digital and Marketing.
    • Branch enablement: Conduct branch and regional performance reviews and agree recovery plans. Coach bankers in needs-based selling, women-centred conversations, lead management, product bundling and responsible sales conduct. Provide tools, scripts and opportunity lists, and share winning practices across regions.
    • Acquisition, deepening and retention: Drive new-to-bank acquisition and activation of women customers and women-led enterprises. Deepen relationships through deposits, payments, lending, insurance, digital services and non-financial support. Coordinate retention, dormancy reduction and win-back.
    • Credit conversion and portfolio quality: Improve application quality and track applications from lead to disbursement. Fast-track approved-but-undisbursed cases and reduce avoidable deferrals. Monitor early-warning indicators, arrears and covenants, and coordinate preventive action.
    • Customer experience and sales controls: Ensure KYC, pricing, disclosure, consent, suitability and documentation standards are met. Monitor complaints, turnaround times and drop-offs, and address gender-specific barriers.
    • Performance insight: Analyse branch productivity, funnel leakage and campaign results, and share frontline customer insight with Product, Digital and Partnerships.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field.
    • At least 5 years’ experience in banking sales, relationship management or branch/business development.
    • Demonstrated experience in pipeline management, credit origination and portfolio growth.

    Working Conditions

    • Frequent travel to branches and regional offices to drive sales performance.
    • Regular customer visits for acquisition, business reviews and pipeline development.
    • Participation in sales campaigns, exhibitions, networking forums and customer events.
    • Occasional work outside normal hours during customer events and activations.
    • A high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer and business information.
    • Championing digital banking adoption and alternative channel use among Women Banking customers.
