    Sales Agent

    Job Summary

    • Our client is a well-established vehicle tracking company headquartered in Nairobi, with 10 branches across Kenya and additional operations in Uganda and Tanzania. With over 10 years of experience in the market, the company provides reliable Vehicle Tracking and Fleet Management solutions to corporate clients, SMEs, and individual customers.
    • The company is seeking to recruit Sales Agents for the following regions: Kisii, Machakos, Mombasa, and Kisumu. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding client portfolios, and delivering exceptional customer service within their assigned regions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect and sell vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individual clients.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
    • Build and grow a strong and sustainable client portfolio.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
    • Ensure adherence to company service standards and sales processes.
    • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

    Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

    • A diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 1–2 years’ field sales experience, preferably within the vehicle tracking industry.
    • Previous experience in a vehicle tracking company will be an added advantage.
    • Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Well-groomed, presentable, enthusiastic, and energetic personality.
    • Knowledge of the local dialect for the assigned region will be an added advantage.
