    Sales and Administrator Manager

    Position Overview

    • Our client a credited Total distributor for lubricants and automotive spare parts, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Administration Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring efficient administrative operations within our organization. This position requires a strong background in sales analysis, strong leadership skills along with a deep understanding of engine oils, lubricants, and automotive parts.

    Salary Range

    The salary range for this position is Ksh. 40,000 to Ksh. 50,000.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Utilize analytical skills to evaluate sales performance, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize revenue generation.
    • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and expand our customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
    • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, including engine oils, lubricants, and automotive spare parts, to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
    • Oversee administrative tasks, including inventory management, order processing, and documentation, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
    • Provide guidance and support to the sales and administrative team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales analysis and administration, preferably in the automotive industry.
    • Excellent understanding of engine oils, lubricants, and automotive parts.
    • Self-driven, mature, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
