Sales and Customer Service Clerk (Flower Exporter) at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders for flower exports.
• Verify order accuracy, including product type, quantity, pricing, and delivery details.
• Coordinate with customers to confirm orders and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about flower products, pricing, and shipment schedules.
• Address customer concerns and resolve problems in a professional and timely manner.
• Work with logistics and shipping departments to schedule and track flower shipments.
• Ensure that export documentation is complete and accurate, including permits, certificates, and invoices.
• Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, quotations, and presentations.
• Maintain customer databases and update contact information.
• Monitor shipment progress and update customers on delivery status.
• Generate invoices for customers and follow up on payment status.
• Process payments and record transactions accurately.
• Ensure that flower products meet quality standards and specifications before export.
• Coordinate with the quality control team to address any issues.

Qualifications

• Relevant business-related Degree.
• MUST have at least 3 years sales or customer service experience preferably in the flower export industry and a proven record of meeting targets.
• MUST have impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, focused and goal oriented.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of export regulations and documentation is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and multitask effectively.
