    ICT Manager (Educational Institution)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy to support the school’s educational objectives.
    • Oversee the maintenance and management of the school’s ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
    • Collaborate with various departments to identify and address technology needs, ensuring that ICT solutions enhance the teaching and learning experience.
    • Supervise a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of all ICT functions.
    • Stay updated on emerging technology trends and integrate innovative solutions into the schools’ ICT framework.

    Qualifications

    • Relevant business-related Degree.

    Operations Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of operational staff, including cargo handlers, clerks, and other personnel.
    • Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance team performance and adherence to safety and operational procedures.
    • Monitor and ensure the timely renewal of all required licenses, permits, and certifications to maintain legal compliance.

    Sales and Customer Service Clerk (Flower Exporter)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive and process customer orders for flower exports.
    • Verify order accuracy, including product type, quantity, pricing, and delivery details.
    • Coordinate with customers to confirm orders and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about flower products, pricing, and shipment schedules.
    • Address customer concerns and resolve problems in a professional and timely manner.
    • Work with logistics and shipping departments to schedule and track flower shipments.

    Qualifications

    • Relevant business-related Degree.
    • MUST have at least 3 years sales or customer service experience preferably in the flower export industry and a proven record of meeting targets.
    • MUST have impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-driven, focused and goal oriented.
    • Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.
    • Knowledge of export regulations and documentation is an advantage.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and multitask effectively.

    Recruitment Specialist and HR assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Participate in recruitment and selection activities including drafting and advertising job descriptions, screening applications, interviewing candidates.
    • Onboarding new employees including pre-onboarding paperwork, workstation allocation, HRIS onboarding and training, and health insurance enrollment.
    • Maintain and update an efficient HR database, monitor employee lifecycle, and prepare reports for turnover rates, absenteeism rates, and labor costs.
    • Monthly payroll preparation and filing for statutory deductions.
    • Participate in employee training and development, organizing and managing external training programs and maintaining training records.
    • Participate in the formulation, implementation, and training of HR policies, processes, and procedures.
    • As the first point of contact for any HR-related queries, effectively communicate with team members on an ongoing basis.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources management.
    • Must have a minimum 3+ years of work experience as a recruiter in a recruitment agency and 1 year as a general HR for a start-up.
    • Must have knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems, Payroll Software, and Applicants Tracking Systems.
    • Good understanding of employment laws, human resources best practices, and legal guidelines.
    • Should have Solid work ethics, integrity, and ability to maintain employee confidentiality.
    • A people person with excellent interpersonal skills and a welcoming personality.
    • The preferred candidate for this role is a recruiter with experience in recruitment agencies with a bit of general HR experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute the company’s strategic plan for vehicle financing including log book loans and asset financing with a strategic approach and emphasis.
    • Establish goals and tactics for expanding our product and revenue in the field of vehicle financing.

    Qualifications

    • University Degree in Business related field.
    • Master’s in business administration in marketing or strategic management is an added advantage.
    • At least 5 years banking or microfinance experience in business development.
    • Experience with customer management, marketing, and relationship management.
    • Strong reporting and presentation skills, communication skills, organization skills, time management skills and Motivational skills.
    • Proven ability to generate new business.

    Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure smooth operation from receiving orders online, importation, warehousing, packaging, last mile delivery and returns.
    • Manage process of importation, from moment supplier send packaging list, to the arrival of the cargo to warehousing.
    • Manage warehousing including sorting and classifying products, asset tracking and analytics.
    • Manage distribution including client pick-ups and deliveries/returns and remote distribution points management.
    • Manage inventory at the warehouse.
    • Liaise with clearance agency, sales team, tech team, warehouse team, resellers/ distributors and clients to ensure a seamless process.
    • Promote and maintain exceptional customer and client experience from order placement, at the warehouse and on delivery.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a Relevant bachelor’s degree, master is highly preferable.
    • Must have a minimum 5 years’ experience working as an operations manager for a large company preferably electronics shipping.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft power point and excel, google drive/ docs and asset and warehouse management software as well as CRM and ERP.
    • Must be organized and disciplined to their individual routine (preferably a hobby they maintain routine with)
    • Must be an entrepreneur and display business management skills.
    • Preferable candidate should have travelled out of Kenya and must be open minded.
