    Sales and Marketing Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our organic skincare company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing sales, and developing marketing strategies that attract and retain customers. This role requires a deep understanding of the skincare industry, digital marketing trends, and effective sales techniques.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans. Identify and target potential customers, partners, and distributors.
    • Manage social media accounts, email marketing, and ads campaigns.
    • Create engaging content-marketing materials for brand awareness.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
    • Organize promotional events, partnerships, product launch campaigns.
    • Handle customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in sales and marketing.
    • Strong knowledge of social media, email marketing, SEO.
    • Ability to develop creative marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills to track and measure marketing performance.
    • Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales is a plus.
