    Sales and Marketing Officers

    • Keru Solar is seeking passionate Sales & Marketing Officers to join our team.
    • If you have 3+ years of sales and marketing experience in solar, inverters, and energy storage systems and the drive to accelerate clean energy adoption across East Africa, we’d love to hear from you!

    Key Requirements:

    • A Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
    • Experience working in a company involved in the distribution of solar equipment, specifically inverters and lithium-ion batteries.
    • Proven track record of meeting sales targets, ideally under a retainer + commission remuneration structure.
    • Strong knowledge of solar market dynamics in Kenya/East Africa.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and grow sales channels for FoxESS solar equipment and energy storage systems.
    • Conduct targeted product marketing to create brand and product awareness.
    • Generate sales while achieving and exceeding monthly targets.
    • Build and manage relationships with distributors, EPCs, and key clients.
    • Coordinate product delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
    • Conduct market research, provide competitor insights, and recommend strategies.
    • Support product launches, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
