Sales Assistant at Kilimall

Job responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and customer follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and basic sales reports.
• Maintain customer records and filing, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Handle customer calls, emails and messages, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support dealer and distributor communication and after-sales coordination.
• Perform other sales administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• No prior experience required; fresh
• graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Basic proficiency in computers and office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
• Basic English communication skills; Chinese-speaking is an advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
