Sales Attendant at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers politely and professionally.
• Provide accurate product information and support purchasing decisions.
• Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products to achieve sales targets.
• Process sales transactions (cash, card, mobile payments) accurately.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and product displays.
• Safeguard stock, prevent losses, and ensure proper stock handling.
• Operate POS systems and ensure proper cash handling and daily banking.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, safety, and security regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in retail sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Integrity, honesty, and accountability in handling cash and stock. Friendly, professional, and presentable personality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
