    Sales Development Representative

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and excels at building connections, generating opportunities, and delivering results.
    • You will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
    • Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients
    • Schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
    • Build rapport with prospects and identify business needs
    • Collaborate with internal sales teams to support pipeline growth
    • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in sales (SDR, BDR, call center sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting)
    • Advanced or fluent English (C1+) with strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar)
    • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
    • Ability to perform in a high-pressure, KPI-driven environment
    • Highly motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented
