Sales Executive (Automotive & Garage Equipment) at Nexus Staffing Solutions

Our client, a leading supplier of professional garage, workshop and automotive equipment, is looking for ambitious and results-oriented Sales Executives to join their team.

This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys field sales, client visits, product demonstrations and closing B2B deals.

Experience selling garage equipment is highly desirable, but candidates with strong B2B sales experience in automotive products, machinery, engineering products, industrial equipment or other technical products are also encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive and commercial sectors. 
• Visit garages, tyre centres, automotive service centres, fleet operators, transport companies, workshops and other potential clients. 
• Promote and sell garage and workshop equipment, including machinery, tyre service equipment, vehicle lifts, compressors, wheel balancing equipment, diagnostic tools and related solutions. 
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. 
• Generate leads, follow up on enquiries and convert prospects into customers. 
• Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate with clients to close sales. 
• Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.  
• Work closely with technical teams to coordinate equipment installation and delivery. 
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity. 
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and updates. 
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide appropriate after-sales support. 

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related field. 
• Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B or field sales. 
• Experience selling automotive products, machinery, engineering products, industrial equipment or technical solutions will be an advantage. 
• Direct experience selling garage/workshop equipment will be highly desirable. 
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales. 
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills. 
• Confident interacting with business owners, workshop managers, procurement teams and other decision-makers. 
• Self-driven, energetic and target-oriented. 
• Ability to work independently and spend significant time in the field. 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. 
• A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
