Sales Executive at Christ Is the Answer Ministries

CITAM seeks to recruit a born-again Christian who is experienced and self-motivated to fill the position of a Sales Executive in Hope Media, whose responsibility will be to develop, maintain and increase a solid and dependable client base. generating sales by selling advertising space and providing effective service to clients so as to maximize sales volumes and revenue targets.

The position reports to the Senior Sales Executive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To sell Hope Media products and achieve the set targets.
• To identify sales opportunities among clients and make use of upcoming business opportunities among clients.
• Understand emerging trends in sales as well as marketing conventions, customer needs and feedback.
• Generate and present concepts as well as collect and process media orders so as to achieve set sales targets.
• Ensure expeditious follow-up on issues raised to ensure customer retention.
• Ensure accurate and timely capture of all information regarding clients and daily progress reporting to the Senior Sales Executive.
• To answer and clarify client queries and follow through to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement value proposition sales packages in liason with the Senior sales Executive using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and share with the Senior Sales Executive.

Requirements

• Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.
• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputable Institution.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in media sales.
• Creative and innovative.
• Strong verbal and written communication for pitching and selling advertising solutions. 
• Industry knowledge and market understanding.
• Target-driven and results oriented.
