To drive revenue growth, market penetration, and profitability across assigned channels by leading the sales team, managing key accounts, executing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring strong sell-in and sell-out performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage key accounts and negotiate trade terms.
Lead and coach Sales Executives and Merchandisers.
Execute product launches and promotions.
Prepare accurate forecasts and sales reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Enforce credit and collections discipline.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years’ experience in electronics or consumer durables.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
