    Sales Team Leader

    The Field Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and operating one of the geographic Field Sales teams, ensuring the lowest possible cost of acquisition for the geography by driving day to day performance and efficiencies of the Field Sales Agents. He/she will always ensure clear and accurate management and reporting through the Field channels, overall delivers against (and exceeds if possible) the business plan.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Own the daily pipeline for your entire team ensuring quality qualifying of all prospects from all salespeople and update the sales pipeline sheet currently on Dropbox daily.
    • Own the “sales efficiency” KPI for your area, with target of one sale per person per day.
    • Ensure every salesperson is trained and actively managed to deliver.
    • Provide accurate and timely reporting to your manager
    • Have demonstrable knowledge of solution selling techniques
    • Ensure that you and your team are operating as cost efficiently as possible
    • Be accountable for the honesty and integrity of your team
    • Have exceptional interpersonal skills capable of influencing and delivering results in a highly cross functional role
    • Be a convincing and credible salesperson able to influence and encourage purchase
    • Be a hands-on leader, offering coaching and a productive approach to the success of your team
    • Be out in the field and never an “office-based manager

    Minimum Qualification

    • A minimum of 3-years’ experience in a similar role directly managing a team of not less than 10 people.
    • You must be able to demonstrate “owning a sales number”
    • Have exceptional interpersonal skills capable of influencing and delivering results in a highly cross functional role.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including good presentation skills
