The Field Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and operating one of the geographic Field Sales teams, ensuring the lowest possible cost of acquisition for the geography by driving day to day performance and efficiencies of the Field Sales Agents. He/she will always ensure clear and accurate management and reporting through the Field channels, overall delivers against (and exceeds if possible) the business plan.
