Sales Person

• Our client who is in the hardware industry is seeking to recruit a qualified sales person who is creative, smart, outspoken with good command of English and very confident. 

Responsibilities

•  Greets customers upon entering the store and answer their questions.
•  Assists customers in locating specific products.
•  Directs customers to the manager for decisions out of their hands.
•  Replenishes product inventory.
•  Cleans the store.
•  Assists cashiers.
•  Tracks and reports record of sales.
•  Look for stock requested by customers.
•  Keep the stock room organized.
•  Pack shelves neatly.
•  Create attractive displays.
•  Elevate customer complaints to the manager.
•  Seeks feedback to improve customer service.

Requirements

•  At least a diploma in business management.
•  Prior experience as a sales person in a hardware.
•  Good experience in building and construction.
•  Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
•  Self-driven with ownership mentality.
•  Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
•  Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
•  Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills.
•  Proven sales record.
•  Team player.
