Laleo Co-Learning Group is a hybrid-microschool that blends classroom-based learning with home- based education. We prioritize discipleship, character formation, intellectual curiosity, emotional intelligence, physical education, and community awareness. Our mission is to collaborate with
parents in the education and discipleship of their children. We offer a unique parent-child-teacher co-learning model to empower parents in their children's education. We are currently seeking a dedicated Head Teacher who will lead the academic function of the school, foster an integrated learning community, and oversee teaching staff. Working closely with the school director, you will ensure the realization of our mission and vision. Your responsibilities
will include providing instructional leadership, managing school operations, and cultivating an inclusive Christ-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction that facilitates positive growth and the development of students' gifts for Christ-like service.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to set and achieve academic goals.
• Supervise extracurricular departments, including sports and athletics.
• Develop leadership capacity among staff and students.
• Manage school operations and resources in collaboration with the Leadership Team.
• Foster an inclusive school community centered around Christ for parents, teachers, and learners.
• Support the discipleship of the teachers and staff team.
• Maintain a positive Christian spiritual environment.
• Model professionalism and nurture school values.
• Create a positive learning environment focused on growth and excellence.
• Manage school operations and resources

Person’s Specifications

• Demonstrate a personal commitment to Christ and Christian living.
• Bachelor's degree in Education from an accredited university (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid teaching certificate from Teachers Service Commission.
• Minimum of two years of successful head teacher or deputy head teacher experience.
• International school experience preferred
• Minimum of five years of teaching experience.
• Proficiency in technology for word processing, data management, and communications.
