School Administrator
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Professional Certificate
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Narok
- Job Field Administration / Facilities , Human Resources / HR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations.
- Manage HR functions reculbnent, onboording staff records, performance management and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and school policies.
- Support leadership in strategic planning and operation eficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administation, Education Administration or related field. Professional HR qualification (eg., CHRP) is on coded adnaniogs.
- 3-5 years' experience in administration, preferably in a school or educational Institution.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best proctices.
- Excellent communication and organisational elclls.
