Senior Administrative Officer at Uasin Gishu County Government

QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements for appointment:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized institution;
• Knowledge and relevant work experience of not less than three (3) years;
• Excellent organizational skills; and
• Effective communication skills.

Requirements for appointment:-

• Prepare expense reports and office budgets.
• Manage office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
• Systematically filing important department documents.
• Forward all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members in the department.
• Manage office protocol and etiquette;
• Establish and monitoring procedures for record keeping of correspondence and file movements;
• Provide logistics on the management of transport in the department
• Schedule meetings and booking conference rooms; and Hire maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment; and
• Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
