    Job Purpose Statement

    To deliver profitable business growth targets of Retail Banking products and services to a defined market segment through the workplace banking value proposition. This entails creation of opportunities for bulk business by signing up companies especially those with a corporate relationship with Catapult Bank, customer retention and operational efficiency.

    Ideal Job Specifications

    Academic:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or finance related field
    • Professional qualification in marketing will be an added advantage

    Desired work experience:

    • 10 years proven working experience in a Banking environment, with sound exposure to sales, Relationship Management and Marketing
    • Proven track record of consistently exceeding set targets.
    • Excellent people management skills
    • Versatility, flexibility, passion and commitment to quality service delivery.
    • Presentation skills, IT Skills (Basic MS Office),
    • Schemes management and Financial Analysis
    • Interpersonal skills, analytical skills, leadership, communication skills, time management, negotiation skills, selling skills and presentation skills
