    Senior Implementation Associate-Benefits

    •  The Senior Benefit Implementation Associate (Sr. BIA) supports the Benefits Implementation Associates (BIA) with new client benefit set up during the full benefit implementation phase. The Sr. BIA also works as a mentor to Benefit Implementation Associate colleagues and works along with the Sr. Benefit Implementation Specialist to oversee the team’s performance and the fulfillment of the KPI’s.

     Responsibilities: 

    •  Responds to inquiries in an efficient and timely manner. 
    • Responsible for the completion of benefits plan set ups in PRISM. 
    • Ensures PRISM is configured as outlined in the BEC. 
    • Reviews and updates ClientSpace (CRM) tasks, as needed. 
    • Supports Benefits Implementation Specialist by pulling reports, as needed. 
    • Communicates with all necessary parties to ensure accuracy of all appropriate data. 
    • Communicates workflows issues or different problems that exist in the processes. 
    • Supports leadership on larger projects, as needed. 
    • Responds for Benefits Implementation Associates assignments. 
    • Ensures that the team’s schedule is fully covered. 
    • Coordinates Associates time off with the Sr. Benefits Implementation Specialist. 
    • Responsible for maintaining knowledge of benefit plans and benefit related guidelines. 
    • Handles first level Benefits Implementation Associates escalations. 
    • Assigns daily task to Benefits Implementation Associates. 
    • Other duties as assigned.

     Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: 

    • Client Service experience and Client Account knowledge 
    • Benefit and Payroll subject matter knowledge 
    • HRIS/CRM/Systems experience 
    • HR/Payroll Outsourcing and/or PEO industry knowledge 
    • Analytical skills 
    • Time management skills 
    • Problem solving skills 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
    • Office365 product knowledge
