Undertake investigations of disciplinary, grievance and complaints of varying complexity in line with WWF policy, procedures and best practice relating to issues including Respect in the Workplace, Fraud & Corruption and Safeguarding;
Some investigations may require international travel
Analyse information collected and reach timely unbiased conclusions and findings;
Effectively assess witness credibility;
Generate professional, well-drafted investigation records, plans and reports;
Contribute to recommended actions arising from investigation findings;
Assist in developing and delivering training on developing a Speak Up culture, internal investigation and interview techniques and best practice.
Manage issues that are highly confidential and may raise significant financial, legal, or reputational risk to the organisation.
Keep abreast of developments in the sector, through networking and attending seminars.
PROFILE
Required Qualifications
At least 6 years of professional experience conducting investigations;
(Desired) Certification in Workplace investigations
Excellent written and spoken English (essential).
Fluency/Competency in at least one additional language (desired)
Previous experience dealing with highly confidential and sensitive matters
