The Site Agents, will oversee all on-site aspects of construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing site operations, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Site Agent will also be involved in project planning, resource allocation, and managing project schedules.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications, Experience & Competences.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Site Management or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with large-scale commercial or residential projects.
• Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices.
• Ability to work on-site in various weather conditions.
• Physical fitness to perform site inspections and oversee construction activities.
• On-site at construction locations with occasional office work.
• Interaction with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
