    Spa Social Media Marketing Manager

    Job location: Nairobi

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an exceptional Social Media Marketing Manager who is a creative storyteller and visionary. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with expertise in content creation, marketing strategies, editing, and customer relations. You will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence, creating breathtaking content, and fostering a vibrant and engaged community. This role reports directly to the Managing Director, offering mentorship and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand values and business goals.
    • Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, posters, captions) for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
    • Curate content that resonates with our sophisticated clientele and reflects the luxurious essence of the brand.
    • Foster and manage an active online community, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and facilitating meaningful conversations.
    • Collaborate with the spa team to highlight services, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments.
    • Act as a liaison between prospects, clients, and the administrative department to ensure seamless communication.
    • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
    • Manage content calendars, campaign schedules, and ensure timely delivery of all content.
    • Provide monthly performance reports and insights to the Managing Director.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing, content creation, and community management.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Exceptional storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
    • Proficiency in content editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, or similar).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Visionary mindset with a drive to innovate and push creative boundaries.
