    Specialist, Talent Acquisition

    Job Purpose 

    • To deliver a talent acquisition service by executing on talent acquisition needs for the respective BL/CF/ Country through effective sourcing and channel optimization.

    Job Function 

    • Adhere to relevant People and Culture data policies so that quality data is consistently and appropriately stored, used and managed.
    • Adhere to the risk and governance framework for the respective CoE to ensure that risks are appropriately mitigated.
    • Analyse expenditure patterns and forecast expenditure, contributing to budget preparation and budget management.
    • Analyse trends in local and international digital innovation, prepare analytics and metrics and submit, using insights to support the forecasting of future changes in CoE practices, processes, and solutions.
    • Bring together cross-disciplinary teams to create end-to-end solutions that meet workforce and enterprise needs, solve challenges, and drive value for stakeholders.
    • Check the integrity of data collated, assessing systems used and reports received to ensure the quality of information gathered and generated meets the required standards.
    • Deliver the TA proposition to internal stakeholders, emphasising the value added by the function, and positioning the function as central to stakeholders' processes of identifying and acquiring the necessary skills.
    • Deploy leading technologies to automate the work done within the relevant CoE, increasing the speed and efficiency of operations and contributing to a future-ready adaptable organisation and workforce.
    • Develop solution deployment plans; lead campaigns to generate solution awareness and demand by developing collateral materials and conducting presentations, to achieve awareness and visibility of internal offerings/people solutions and adoption thereof.
    • Draw and deliver insights through the integration and analysis of data, industry benchmarks and leading practices to influence the hiring agenda to inform the focus and direction of TA for the Country / BU.
    • Drive the adoption of leading technologies in work done, provide feedback on system-related issues, identifying technology-related opportunities, to support an integrated employee experience in a transforming environment.
    • Enable teams to grow and succeed through feedback, instruction, and encouragement, coach and/or mentor to build upon areas of strength, and direct areas for improvement.
    • Engage in industry participation, leveraging expertise to extract knowledge to improve the organisation's abilities and readiness to plan for future business talent requirements.
    • Gain a deep understanding of the commercial agenda and talent imperatives of the Country/BU and implement fit-for-purpose resourcing solutions in line with the respective business context.
    • Identify and optimise opportunities for digitising Talent Acquisition solutions to drive nimble, speedy and responsive resourcing delivery.
    • Identify, manage, leverage and influence key stakeholders to enhance the likelihood of success for in-Country / BU talent acquisition.
    • Implement agile methodologies, by mapping key employee journeys/initiatives, which address pain points identified within the CoE, to ensure an integrated and personalised workforce experience.
    • Implement talent acquisition systems and tools developed by Group in a way that adds value to the Country/BU operations, maintaining strict adherence to talent acquisition minimum standards and governance protocols.
    • Initiate discussions with service providers to discuss rates and catalogue item costs to support effective financial oversight for the CoE.
    • Maintain collaborative, cross-functional partnerships with internal and external partners to gain influence and support to enable the TA agenda for the portfolio.
    • Manage relationships with associated ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders and service providers, in order to maintain business networks and connections.
    • Monitor and track the success of initiatives/deliverables and recommend improvements to enable successful business solutioning/execution.
    • Provide input into Group CoE operating model and work capability design for the CoE to ensure the right people are able to deliver on the necessary functions and accountabilities.
    • Retain expertise in all aspects of talent acquisition. Be the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and provide insights and guidance based on specialised TA knowledge.
    • Search for opportunities to improve and innovate systems and processes whilst reporting on errors and performance of these systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
    • Understand and use the most appropriate variety channels to acquire specific talent. Refine and optimise the acquisition of talent by leveraging efficiencies across channels.
    • Utilise CoE Domain expertise to collaborate with relevant stakeholders, analysing and understanding the business need and translating this into an execution plan to address business needs as well as future CoE strategy needs.
