The EY-Parthenon brand is the home of our fast-growing global strategy capability. We advise clients on strategic issues affecting their business performance and key investment choices. The EY-Parthenon Strategy team focuses on:

• Strategy review and assessment
• Corporate and growth strategy development
• Market entry strategy and opportunity sizing
• New business model development
• Commercial due diligence

You will work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of global and local corporate clients. You'll have a diverse range of stretching experiences which will give you continuous learning and development opportunities as well as a great sense of achievement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery – responsible for structuring engagements, delivering each engagement through the project team, and managing the client on a day-to-day basis
• Business Development – proactively developing pitches and materials to pursue new opportunities; responsible for preparing proposals in response to client requests; supporting internal pursuit-related processes; attending and actively contributing to business development meetings
• Team Development – developing junior resources through on-the-job training; sector meetings; informal discussions; and formal EY-P training modules
• Thought Leadership – contributing to, and authoring, studies, reports, papers, presentations and social media materials to support and strengthen EY-Parthenon’s presence

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience working in strategy consulting
• Have credible project management experience and demonstrate an ability to plan, deliver, structure, write and present work against tight deadlines
