    Super Dealer Relations Officer (SDRO)

    Role Overview

    • The Super Dealer Relations Officer (SDRO) is responsible for building, managing, and supporting a network of Super Dealers within an assigned territory. The role focuses on Super Dealer recruitment, performance oversight, portfolio transition, stock management, and capacity building. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruit, onboard, and train qualified Super Dealers.
    • Establish dealer territories and clarify roles and expectations.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for Super Dealers.
    • Support dealers to meet acquisition, retention, and earning stove targets.
    • Oversee transition of legacy customers to Super Dealers.
    •  Ensure continuity of service and portfolio health.
    • Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and ensure reconciliations.
    •  Coordinate with logistics teams to prevent stockouts.
    • Ensure compliance with onboarding SOPs and accurate data capture.
    • Conduct spot checks and address gaps.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and training.
    • Include Super Dealer visits in monthly route plans.
    • Support local marketing initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
    • Respond to disruptions and ensure uninterrupted customer access to pellets.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
    • Experience in sales, dealer/agent networks, or field operations is an added advantage.

    • Strong relationship management and coaching skills.
    • High accountability and attention to detail.
    • Strong planning, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced field environments.
