Role Overview
- The Team Leader – Super Dealer Network is responsible for driving performance, discipline, and growth across EcoSafi’s Super Dealer ecosystem within an assigned branch or region.
- This role focuses on leading field teams, ensuring strong Super Dealer performance, maintaining stock and portfolio integrity, and delivering branch-level targets. The Team Leader works through Super Dealer Relations Officers to ensure consistent execution, market expansion, and high service standards at scale.
Key ResponsibilitiesSuper Dealer Network Performance
- Own overall performance of the Super Dealer network within the assigned region.
- Drive growth in active and earning stoves, reorders, and customer retention.
- Monitor performance trends and implement corrective actions where needed.
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, coach, and support field teams responsible for Super Dealer engagement.
- Set clear targets, expectations, and accountability for team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide structured feedback
Target Ownership
- Deliver all branch-level targets as set by the business.
- Translate regional goals into clear team and individual performance targets.
- Track performance daily, weekly, and monthly, and intervene early when targets are at risk.
Portfolio Health & Customer Protection
- Provide oversight of portfolio health across Super Dealers.
- Ensure continuity of service and positive customer experience across the region.
- Monitor churn risks, reorder gaps, and service disruptions.
Stock Management & Risk Control
- Ensure strong stock governance across Super Dealer outlets.
- Review stock audits, reconciliations, and variance reports.
- Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure consistent product availability.
Field Execution & Quality Assurance
- Ensure structured route planning and effective territory coverage.
- Conduct joint field visits to assess execution quality and adherence to SOPs.
- Promote standardised processes and best practices across the region.
Market Development & Expansion
- Support expansion of the Super Dealer network in high-potential zones.
- Guide local marketing and activation activities to drive growth.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with logistics, call centre, technical, training, and operations teams.
- Resolve regional operational challenges efficiently and proactively.
Reporting & Compliance
- Produce accurate and timely performance reports.
- Analyse data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading sales teams, dealer networks, or field operations.
- Experience managing performance targets and multi-location teams is an advantage.

The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and optimizing logistics, fleet, warehousing, inventory, and supply chain operations while providing leadership and guidance to logistics teams across the business.

Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Supply Chain Management
- Coordinate and optimize logistics operations to ensure efficient movement of products across all branches and depots.
- Develop and implement distribution plans that improve delivery performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee route planning and dispatch processes to maximize fleet utilization and delivery efficiency.
- Manage inventory replenishment and stock movements across the network to maintain agreed stock levels.
- Support and coordinate importation activities to ensure timely receipt and distribution of products.
- Monitor supply chain performance and recommend process improvements to increase operational effectiveness.
Fleet Management
- Oversee day-to-day fleet operations, including fuel management, maintenance scheduling, repairs, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle insurance, permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor fleet utilization and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Analyze fleet data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
Warehousing & Inventory Control
- Provide oversight and guidance to warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to inventory management procedures.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and stock accountability across branches and depots.
- Coordinate stock counts, reconciliations, and investigations into inventory variances.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing warehouse productivity and accuracy.
Operational Excellence & Risk Management
- Analyze operational data and develop reports that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain and monitor a departmental risk register and escalate critical issues to management.
- Support implementation of operational improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.
- Participate in testing and validation of operational systems, dashboards, and applications.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to drivers, riders, warehouse teams, and logistics personnel.
- Assist in training staff on operational procedures, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Intelligence, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
- Act as a key liaison between field operations and management, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
- Maintain ownership of departmental project tracking and follow-up activities.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, fleet management, or operations management.
- Demonstrated experience supervising logistics or operational teams.
- Experience in last-mile delivery operations with a strong customer service focus.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, logistics software, and data analysis tools.
