Supervisor (Motorbike Spares & Accessories) at Nexus Staffing Solutions

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established dealer in motorbike spares and accessories, for a proactive and results-oriented Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, coordinating workflow, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a confident leader who can effectively manage people, processes, and business performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily business operations
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational targets
• Monitor employee performance and productivity
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Support stock management, inventory control, and replenishment processes
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and internal controls
• Support business growth initiatives and operational improvements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field
• Proven experience in a supervisory, team leader, or operations role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or motorbike spares industry is an added advantage
